Know what the listed licence covers
Standard Snapshot and Snapshot + API licences cover internal use by one purchasing organisation for research tooling, warehouses, internal applications, analysis, and agent workflows.
Exposing row-level TrialBase records or a substantial extract in a customer-facing product is outside the standard tiers and requires separately scoped Enterprise rights. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, publication as a dataset, or delivery of substantial row-level extracts to customers or partners requires separately scoped Enterprise rights.
Training, fine-tuning, or distributing an AI or ML model with TrialBase data requires an Enterprise licence and a registry-by-registry source-rights review.
